Operations Manager APAC – Invoice Processing and Inquiry Management

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Operations Manager to lead our APAC invoice processing and inquiry management function. The role will oversee a team that ensures timely, accurate invoice handling while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the invoice processing team, providing coaching, performance reviews and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Oversee day‑to‑day invoice matching, coding, approvals and payments, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, drive process optimisation and implement automation solutions to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, resolving vendor inquiries and coordinating with procurement, finance and accounts payable.
• Maintain ERP system expertise (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and ensure data integrity across all invoice transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in accounts payable or invoice processing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of 2‑way/3‑way invoice matching and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive continuous improvement and manage stakeholder relationships.
