Operations & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support our event decor rental business. You will plan, coordinate, and solve operational challenges for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions, ensuring smooth execution in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics, warehouse activities, and dispatch for event setups.
• Manage inventory, track rental items, and ensure timely delivery and return.
• Work closely with event teams to align operational needs with client timelines.
• Handle weekend and occasional holiday operations as required.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, warehouse coordination, or dispatch.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office applications.
• Willingness to work on weekends or holidays when operations demand.
