Operations Lead – Billing, Reconciliations & Buyouts

About the role

Rundoo is looking for an Operations Lead to own the money side of the business – invoicing, billing reconciliations, and contract buyouts from start to finish. This fully remote position works closely with Finance, Sales, and Client Success to keep billing clean and accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end invoicing, ensuring client invoices are accurate, timely, and match signed contracts.
• Run billing reconciliations by matching payments to invoices and bank/card feeds, investigating and fixing discrepancies at the root.
• Manage contract buyouts – verify amounts and end dates, process payments, and maintain a clean tracker.
• Act as the resident detective, digging into any odd numbers and documenting the findings for the team.
• Support broader ops tasks such as ad‑hoc reports, tracker clean‑ups, vendor queries, and process improvements.

Required profile

• Passionate about digging into details and uncovering the story behind every discrepancy.
• Highly organized, self‑driven, and able to own recurring processes without constant supervision.
• Strong written communication – can translate messy reconciliations into clear documentation.
• Comfortable working remotely from the Philippines with overlapping hours with the US team.
• Enjoys a fast‑moving startup environment where priorities shift frequently.
