Operations Director / Project Director

About the role

OLIVER is seeking an Operations Director / Project Director to lead client‑led work from its Manila hub. You will manage a growing creative team and ensure delivery of high‑quality marketing communications for key insurance and pharma clients.

Key responsibilities

• Scope, plan and specify projects, defining account processes and operational best practices.
• Lead and coordinate diverse creative teams including designers, developers, copywriters and marketers.
• Resolve creative conflicts, maintain brand guidelines and ensure quality control across all deliverables.
• Monitor progress, profitability and risks, implementing mitigation strategies to meet brief, timeline and budget.
• Develop strong relationships with the Client Services team to align on project requirements.

• Proven ability to lead teams to deliver high‑quality work on time and within budget.
• Quick decision‑making skills, able to parachute into situations and assess them.
• Proactive risk identification and mitigation planning.
• Experience defining best practices and creative processes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business operations.
