Operations Coordinator – AI Workflow & Architecture

About the role

We are looking for a remote Operations Coordinator who will design AI‑enabled workflows, support embedded COOs and keep our clients’ operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a force multiplier for embedded COOs across multiple client engagements, owning administrative and operational priorities.
• Design, document and optimise standard operating procedures and AI‑driven workflows to turn ambiguous challenges into scalable digital ecosystems.
• Maintain visibility across concurrent workstreams by managing project‑management systems, tracking critical action items and ensuring seamless follow‑through.
• Coordinate hiring processes, manage ATS tools, schedule executive calendars and prepare client‑facing presentations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern project‑management/CRM tools such as ClickUp, Monday.com or Teamwork.
• Experience using advanced AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Gamma to enhance productivity.
