Operations and Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Operations and Logistics Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and resolve operational challenges in a fast‑paced environment. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure smooth movement of goods and efficient warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily logistics, warehouse coordination, and dispatch activities.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to meet operational targets and deadlines.
• Identify potential issues, propose solutions, and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, warehouse coordination, or dispatch.
• Willingness to work weekends or holidays as needed.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Calm under pressure, strong problem‑solving ability, and effective communicator.
• Proactive, receptive to feedback, and trustworthy.
