Operations Analyst

About the role

The Operations Analyst will support the manager and work closely with various operations departments to transform raw data into actionable insights. This position focuses on data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting to help improve operational performance and achieve key targets.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and compile data from multiple sources, ensuring proper structure for analysis.
• Maintain and update operational reports and dashboards.
• Clean and reprocess data to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
• Apply statistical models and analytical techniques to identify improvement opportunities, cost savings, and optimization strategies.
• Prepare visualizations and summaries for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators such as OTP, reliability, and resource utilization.
• Support IT initiatives related to data analytics and operational systems.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, industrial engineering or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in data analysis or operations analytics.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with leadership potential and the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting.
• Proficiency in R and Python for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
• Experience with data cleaning and validation techniques.
• Solid understanding of statistical tools and methods.
