About the role

EMAPTA is looking for an Operational Quality Assurance Specialist to strengthen quality standards for a leading Australian firm. You will work in a hybrid setting from Metro Manila, ensuring that operational processes meet the highest quality benchmarks while supporting a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce quality standards across daily operations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify gaps.
• Collect, analyze, and report quality data to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal and client requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in quality assurance or operational monitoring.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
