Online Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Online Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive lead generation for the construction and design sectors. You will work remotely, identifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and setting up qualified meetings for our sales professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prospect potential clients via LinkedIn, email, industry directories, and social media.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Initiate contact through email, messaging, and calls, delivering a concise introduction of our services.
• Qualify leads against defined criteria and schedule meetings with sales representatives.
• Record all activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up consistently to nurture prospect relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (SDR/BDR role).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and self‑motivated.
• Comfortable working remotely.
