Office-Based Telemarketer – Financial/Lending Industry

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic office‑based Telemarketer to join our growing team in the financial and lending sector. The role involves contacting prospective clients, presenting loan products, and providing excellent customer service without any sales quota pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential borrowers and explain loan offerings.
• Answer inbound inquiries and guide customers through the application process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Required profile

• Female applicants only.
• College graduate, undergraduate, or senior high school graduate.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, financial lending, or banking.
• Age between 22 and 35 years.
• Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What we offer

• Starting salary of ₱18,000 per month, with increases after regularization and performance evaluation.
• Monday‑Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
