Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

The Medical City Clinic is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse to work in its corporate clinic located in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. You will provide quality nursing care to employees, ensuring their physical and emotional well‑being while supporting the clinic’s operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, compassionate nursing services, including medication administration, treatment explanations, and preparation for procedures.
• Make referrals to the company doctor or dentist and assist employees who require hospital confinement.
• Maintain accurate inventory of medicines, supplies, and equipment in accordance with the service level agreement.
• Keep up‑to‑date health records for all employees and the clinic.
• Prepare and submit annual medical reports to government agencies when a doctor is unavailable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferably with BOSH and OHNAP training.
• At least 6 months to 1 year experience as a company or corporate clinic nurse.
• Basic knowledge of clinic management procedures and ability to adapt to turnkey solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
