Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

The company is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide on‑site occupational health services in Lipa and Malvar, Batangas. The role supports both occupational and non‑occupational health cases, working closely with the company doctor and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct care for occupational and non‑occupational health issues on site.
• Interpret health screening results and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Assist the company doctor during employee check‑ups and consultations.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Manage inventory of medicines and supplies to control costs.
• Review employee health screenings, advise on ongoing health problems, and help employees work within their health limitations.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license.
• Valid TIN, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, NBI clearance, bank account and vaccination card.
• Ability to start within 7 days is preferred.
• Clinical competence in occupational health, hospital, or related settings; new board passers and career shifters are welcome.
• Willingness to be assigned in Lipa and Malvar, Batangas.

Required skills

• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• First Aid certification.
