Nurse – Clinical Care at SM Tuguegarao

About the role

The Medical City Clinic in SM Tuguegarao is seeking a dedicated Nurse to support doctors and provide high‑quality patient care. You will work directly with patients, monitor their health status, and assist in emergency situations while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and record patients' vital signs and medical histories.
• Develop appropriate nursing care plans and perform patient triage.
• Carry out routine procedures such as blood pressure measurement and injections.
• Document patient data through accurate charting.
• Monitor inventory of medical supplies and ensure availability.
• Submit monthly census reports and perform other assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a valid PRC license.
• Preferably at least six (6) months of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong customer service orientation and effective verbal and written communication.
