Network Support Technician – Graveyard Shift (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Network Support Technician to join our US‑focused team on a graveyard shift. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work both from our Pasig office and remotely. You will spend less time on routine password resets and more time on the exciting challenges of keeping networks running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, monitor and maintain VLANs and VPN connections.
• Troubleshoot network issues and ensure high‑availability of services.
• Provide technical support to the US team and resolve incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement network improvements.

Required profile

• Passionate about network administration and eager to work night hours.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work model and able to communicate effectively with an international team.
• Willing to grow professionally through certifications and mentorship.
