Network Research Associate – Cebu

About the role

Join Dedale's research and network planning team to expand a global expert network in the software and technology sector. You will engage directly with high‑profile executives and C‑level leaders to build relationships that generate investment insights.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify industry experts relevant to Dedale's investment research.
• Contact potential experts/advisors and initiate the onboarding process.
• Craft compelling LinkedIn and email outreach templates for expert recruitment.
• Coordinate with the research team to ensure onboarded experts have necessary resources and support.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions between experts/advisors and the research team.
• Conduct call debriefs over Teams to inform experts about payment procedures.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in technical recruitment, sourcing, lead generation, or business development.
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
• Outstanding organization and planning skills.
• High level of professionalism and autonomy, able to represent Dedale to external stakeholders.
• Strong capacity to learn, perseverance and resilience.
• Preferably a graduate of Mass Communication, BA English (open to other fields).
• Experience in a fast‑paced, international environment is a plus.
