National Human Resources Officer – Fusion Data Intelligence

About the role

The International Organization for Migration is seeking a National Human Resources Officer to lead the implementation and optimisation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) for HR reporting and analytics. Based at the Global Shared Services Centre, you will work closely with HR, Business Transformation and IT teams to ensure data-driven HR decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the deployment, configuration and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence for HR processes.
• Develop and maintain front‑end dashboards and visualisations for global HR reporting.
• Collaborate with Headquarters, regional and country offices to align data standards and analytics requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and training to HR staff on using FDI tools.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues and propose enhancements to improve data integrity.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Information Management or related fields.
• Experience working in an international or multilateral organisation is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate HR data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
