Multi‑Skilled Technician – Facilities Management

About the role

As a Multi‑Skilled Technician at CBRE, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and other building systems. The position is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, supporting occupier clients throughout the building lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and track completion using the available system.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for code compliance and report violations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering or related field.
• NCII Certificate required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in facilities management, engineering or maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Leadership and management experience; willingness to work a shifting schedule, six days a week including weekends/holidays.
