Multi‑Skilled HVAC Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Multi‑Skilled HVAC Technician to maintain and service heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning systems in commercial and office buildings. The role involves preventive and corrective work, ensuring occupant comfort and system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment such as AHUs, FCUs, split‑type, VRF/VRV units, exhaust and ventilation systems.
• Monitor equipment performance through the Building Management System (BMS) where applicable.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults, replace filters, belts, motors, bearings and other components.
• Check refrigerant pressures, locate leaks and conduct refrigerant charging in line with safety and environmental regulations.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and occupant comfort complaints, maintaining temperature and humidity within set standards.
• Coordinate with third‑party service providers for major repairs and maintain accurate service records.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety, environmental and company policies.
• Recommend energy‑saving initiatives and support emergency response and other facilities tasks.

Required profile

• Technical/Vocational graduate in Refrigeration and Air‑Conditioning Technology or related field.
• NC II in RAC Servicing (TESDA) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial or office building HVAC maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams and equipment manuals.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays and emergency call‑outs.
