Multimedia Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Multimedia Designer to produce visually engaging content for both digital and traditional platforms. Working under senior designers or creative leads, you will help shape brand visuals while bringing your own artistic interpretation to each project.

Key responsibilities

• Create and design visual assets that align with brand aesthetics, messaging, and campaign goals.
• Develop key visuals, mood boards, style frames, and layout concepts for client pitches and presentations.
• Execute projects across various mediums as directed by senior designers or directors.
• Gather visual research, organize assets, and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborate with writers and other creatives to deliver cohesive campaign designs.
• Manage medium‑scale design tasks with minimal supervision while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
• Perform additional design‑related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in multimedia arts, fine arts, graphic design, film, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia design work.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetic quality.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with flexible working hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Zoom, MS Teams, and other online collaboration tools.
• Computer animation and 3D rendering (plus).
• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects.
• Flash, Dreamweaver, Autodesk software.
