Multilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

As a Multilingual Customer Service Representative with 3M Global Business Services, you will support B2B customers and business partners across a wide range of international markets. You will guide customers through the Order‑to‑Cash journey, handling inquiries, order assistance, delivery coordination and issue resolution while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in your designated language and in English.
• Assist with order entry, tracking, delivery coordination and follow‑up actions.
• Resolve issues across the Order‑to‑Cash process, escalating when necessary.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales and Customer Operations to improve service delivery.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, analytics, automation and AI‑enabled tools to drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent in at least one of the required languages and proficient in English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, logistics or a related field.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and customer‑centric mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, curious and eager to learn global business operations.
• ERP experience is a plus but not mandatory.
