Multifamily Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Multifamily Digital Marketing Specialist to centralize and manage online marketing across a portfolio of apartment communities. You will generate qualified leasing leads, automate content posting, and coordinate lead follow‑up while optimizing performance through data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase qualified leasing leads and occupancy.
• Centralize and manage listings and marketing content on Meta, TikTok, and Apartments.com.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major platforms.
• Create engaging visual and written content for units, promotions, and social channels.
• Schedule and automate social media posts and recurring marketing assets.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve campaign metrics such as cost per lead and return on ad spend.
• Track incoming online leads and ensure timely follow‑up with property managers.
• Develop targeted strategies for lease‑ups, stabilized communities, and hard‑to‑lease properties.
• Test new advertising channels, audience segments, and creative approaches.
• Collaborate with leasing and operations teams to align marketing with property availability and occupancy goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the multifamily or real‑estate sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Creative thinker capable of producing high‑impact visual and copy assets.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
