Multi-Skilled Technician – Electromechanical

About the role
We are looking for a Multi‑Skilled Technician specialized in electromechanical and air‑conditioning systems. The successful candidate will join our field team to install, maintain and repair HVAC equipment for residential and commercial clients. You will work on‑site, handling a variety of environments while adhering to strict safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Install, repair and maintain air‑conditioning units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and electrical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning and safety checks on equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company protocols.
- Interact with clients, providing clear explanations and excellent service.
- Document all service and repair activities accurately.
Required profile
- High School or Senior High School diploma.
- 1‑3 years of experience as an electromechanical technician and air‑conditioning technician.
- Detail‑oriented, dependable and proactive.
- Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
