MuleSoft Developer – Client Site with Relocation

About the role

Umpisa Inc. is looking for a MuleSoft Developer to join its client‑site team in the Philippines. You will work on integration projects, design APIs, and help deliver digital transformation solutions for a range of industry partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve integration stories and related issues.
• Provide technical estimates for assigned stories and issues.
• Update API technical specifications whenever changes are made.
• Build, fix, and unit‑test API/integration services using MuleSoft.
• Participate in backlog planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations team to coordinate technical issue resolution.
• Prepare and review deployment procedures and documentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of software development experience, preferably in enterprise integration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience working in a self‑organising Scrum team within a scaled agile framework.
• Proven ability to work directly with client teams and coordinate with operations.
• Eligible to work in the Philippines.

Required skills

• MuleSoft platform expertise (Anypoint Platform, Mule Runtime 4).
• API design and development (ALX, RESTful APIs, RAML or OAS specifications).
• DataWeave 2.0.
• Connectivity adapters such as Kafka, FTP, SFTP.
• Azure DevOps for CI/CD and deployment.
