About the role
The MRO Toolkeeper is responsible for managing the issuance, return, and maintenance of tools and equipment used in aviation maintenance activities. This role ensures tools are serviceable, properly calibrated, and accurately recorded.
Key responsibilities
- Issue tools/equipment to personnel, maintain transaction records, and verify serviceability and calibration dates before issuing.
- Inspect returned tools for damage, require written reports for damaged items, and coordinate repair or replacement with Engineering.
- Maintain master lists, update records for calibration, repairs, and ensure cleanliness and security of the tool room.
- Communicate tool and equipment needs to Project Management and Planning, and return loaned items to Warehouse promptly.
Required profile
- At least a 2‑year aviation‑related course.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in tool management or maintenance support.
- High integrity, meticulous organization, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
