About the role
The Mortgage Client Support Officer provides essential administrative assistance for loan applications, guiding each case from pre‑approval through post‑settlement. Working in a hybrid model, you will split time between the Quezon City office and remote work days, supporting the mortgage team to ensure smooth and efficient processing.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for loan applications from pre‑approval to post‑settlement.
- Collect, verify, and organize client documentation required for mortgage processing.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of loan files in accordance with internal procedures.
- Coordinate communication between clients, loan officers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the loan lifecycle.
