Mobile Developer – Sustainment & Application Support

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile Application Developer with strong sustainment and maintenance experience to keep production‑grade iOS and Android apps running at 99.9% uptime. You will join an Agile Pod focused on incident resolution, performance tuning, and technical debt reduction for large‑scale global applications.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 production bugs, crashes and performance bottlenecks on native iOS and Android apps.
• Own the release pipeline, handling App Store Connect and Google Play Console deployments, certificates, provisioning profiles and compliance updates.
• Refactor legacy Objective‑C and Java codebases to Swift and Kotlin, applying modern architectures such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, MVP or VIPER.
• Monitor app health with Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, Datadog, Splunk or New Relic and proactively fix memory leaks, battery drain and rendering latency.
• Update apps for new OS releases, API deprecations and third‑party SDK changes (payment, analytics, social login).
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, backend teams and Product Owners in an Agile Pod to deliver bug‑fixes and minor feature enhancements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of native mobile development experience supporting live, large‑scale consumer applications.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven root‑cause analysis and systematic problem‑solving skills.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end app releases and handling certification and compliance tasks.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional Agile teams.
