Mobile Application Developer – AI Neobank App

About the role

We are seeking an Android engineer to create the native experience for KIRA’s AI‑powered Neobank application. You will work closely with product and design teams to deliver clean, high‑performance mobile flows that enable users to manage insurance, payments, claims and other financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Implement end‑to‑end mobile journeys for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and broader financial services.
• Integrate backend REST APIs, ensure stability, security and reliability of mobile flows.
• Optimize app performance, reduce crash rates, improve loading times, responsiveness and memory usage.
• Leverage analytics, user behaviour data and production issue reports to continuously improve the product.
• Incorporate on‑device AI (TensorFlow Lite) where it adds genuine value to the user experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong understanding of Android fundamentals and a track record of shipping production apps.
• Passion for clean user flows, high‑quality UX and fast execution.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and collaborate across distributed teams.
