Mid & Senior Web Developer (CMS) – Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for experienced Web Developers to build and maintain CMS‑driven websites and reusable UI components. The position is full‑time, hybrid (3 days onsite in BGC Taguig) with a mid‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain CMS‑driven sites and reusable UI components.
• Design content models and editorial workflows together with editors and product owners.
• Implement integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks, authentication) with robust error handling and monitoring.
• Deliver reliable deployments using CI/CD pipelines, Composer/Drush or equivalent, and container/local development workflows.
• Improve platform quality through performance tuning, security hardening, automated testing and runbooks.
• Mentor and collaborate across engineering, QA and product teams (Senior role).
• Respond to incidents and lead post‑mortems (Senior role).

Required profile

• Mid level: 2–5 years of web development experience with strong CMS background (WordPress, Directus, Strapi, Drupal or similar) and demonstrable projects.
• Senior level: 5+ years of web development experience, proven technical leadership as an individual contributor, and hands‑on experience with CI/CD, Docker and production deployments.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and at least one modern framework (React, Vue or Angular).
• Backend familiarity with PHP or Node.js and SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Experience with templating systems such as Twig.
• Comfortable with Git and basic CI/CD concepts.
