Mid-Level DevOps Engineer

About the role

Qureos is building an AI‑native hiring platform and needs a mid‑level DevOps Engineer to keep its production infrastructure reliable and scalable. You will own the systems that power AI sourcing, screening, and interview pipelines used by over 1,000 enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, including GKE and Cloud Run.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Cloud Run) for fast, safe code delivery.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus and New Relic.
• Define SLOs/SLIs, manage error budgets, and lead incident response as commander.
• Run blameless post‑mortems and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Administer MongoDB clusters, handling backups and disaster recovery.
• Automate provisioning with Terraform and Ansible, and reduce toil via Python/Bash scripting.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and collaborate with development, QA and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in DevOps/SRE with end‑to‑end production ownership.
• Hands‑on expertise with GCP services (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, GKE).
• Strong debugging methodology: observe, hypothesize, validate with data.
• Comfortable administering MongoDB in production.
• Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD tooling.
