Microsoft 365 Consultant

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant to design, configure, and deploy secure Microsoft 365 environments for its clients. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with senior consultants and customers to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and implement Microsoft 365 solutions such as Intune, Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC), and Purview based on customer requirements.
• Manage Microsoft 365 projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and clients to design secure Microsoft 365 environments.
• Provide technical guidance and communicate solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot configuration and deployment issues.
• Produce accurate technical documentation, implementation guides, and project deliverables.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend additional Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Stay current with Microsoft technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience configuring and managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC), and Microsoft Purview.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end Microsoft 365 implementation or migration projects.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work directly with non‑technical customers.
