About the role
The MHE Operator – RT is responsible for efficiently picking and packing orders in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. You will work closely with the operations team to meet productivity targets while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Pick case and shelf‑pack orders across all shipments.
- Follow case‑picking, operations, safety and quality SOPs.
- Achieve target productivity without deviating from SOPs.
- Maintain 5S standards in the assigned area.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Deliver required productivity levels consistently.
- Execute IDD tasks when volume is low or headcount exceeds demand.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in warehousing is optional.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor in a warehouse setting.
- Effective communication across all organizational levels and a team‑player attitude.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet productivity standards.
