MHE Operator – Reach Truck (RT)

About the role

The MHE Operator – RT will support daily warehouse operations by safely handling materials using reach trucks and other equipment. You will work closely with the team to ensure accurate inventory flow and maintain a clean, efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in daily shift handover and performance dialogues.
• Execute SLAM 360, stock cycle counts, and daily BBS checks.
• Generate at least one continuous improvement idea per month and attend monthly performance reviews.
• Perform inbound (break‑bulk, repackaging) and outbound (pick/pack) tasks.
• Conduct basic stocktaking, inventory checks, and data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Maintain and inspect MHE equipment in line with EHS standards.
• Carry out general housekeeping and quarterly work‑instruction refreshers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid forklift or reach‑truck operator certification with theoretical and practical training.
• Prior experience operating a reach truck or similar equipment.
• Good physical fitness for lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
