MHE Operator – Material Handling Equipment Operator

About the role

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a reliable MHE Operator to support material handling activities at its Calamba, Laguna facility. The role involves receiving, verifying, and preparing shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or outbound shipment based on work orders.
• Perform scheduled physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory data in SAP 4/Hana.
• Use barcode scanners or mobile devices to track material movement.
• Label and store semiconductor products to prevent contamination.
• Keep assigned storage areas clean and orderly.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Operations, Inventory, and Quality teams for material flow.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for logs, documentation, and communications.

Required profile

• High school graduate.
• Immediate availability with complete government requirements.
• Willingness to work in Maunong, Calamba Laguna.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Experience with SAP 4/Hana (preferred).
• Proficiency in using barcode scanners or mobile devices.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
