About the role

The Member Experience Specialist (Physician Facing Team) acts as the essential link between physician offices, patients, and internal clinical teams to ensure seamless referral intake and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact external physician offices to request, obtain, and follow up on medical records needed for patient eligibility.
• Maintain consistent communication with physician offices to ensure timely receipt of documentation and process referrals accurately.
• Communicate directly with patients to verify provider information, update them on medical history status, and guide them through intake steps.
• Submit and track internal referral requests to Carda physicians, compile relevant data, and support eligibility determination.
