About the role

The client is a leading functional and integrative medicine practice seeking a dedicated Medical Virtual Assistant to support their growing tele‑health operations. This remote, full‑time position focuses on delivering high‑touch patient care through efficient scheduling, communication, and record management.

Key responsibilities

Patient re‑engagement and appointment scheduling.
Electronic Health Record (EHR) management and pre‑charting.
General administrative support for clinical staff.
Identify and implement operational improvements.
Collaborate with the POD team to ensure seamless workflow.

Required profile

Strong clinical foundation with nursing education or high‑level Medical Assistant experience.
Detail‑oriented and able to manage patient communications and care coordination.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, virtual healthcare environment.
