About the role

Eucalyptus, a leader in obesity management and part of Hims & Hers, is seeking a Medical Support Associate (Registered Nurse) based in Manila. The role provides clinical assistance to patients enrolled in the Juniper weight‑management program, ensuring they receive timely, accurate medical information and support throughout their treatment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging and assessing patient enquiries and side‑effects primarily via email.
• Providing accurate medical advice, escalating complex cases to physicians or senior clinicians.
• Monitoring patient progress through tracking data and initiating proactive outreach to improve treatment adherence.
• Preparing and managing communication with general practitioners, including GP letters.
• Coordinating with pharmacies to ensure correct medication delivery and information exchange.
• Conducting 4‑month and 8‑month patient reviews to evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust care plans.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification with a valid license.
• Strong written communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to evaluate medical side‑effects and make appropriate clinical judgments.
• Attention to patient safety and adherence to quality standards.
• Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
