Medical Representative – Pharma Sales

About the role

The Medical Representative role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Metro Manila. You will be responsible for promoting and detailing pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals while building strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other medical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Deliver product presentations and provide up‑to‑date medical and product information.
• Manage sales activities within an assigned territory and monitor product performance.
• Gather market feedback and ensure timely reporting of sales data and field insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and organize educational events.
• Ensure ethical, compliant promotion aligned with company standards.

Required profile

• Strong medical sales skills, including territory management, product promotion, and relationship building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Solid customer‑service orientation with a patient‑centered approach.
• Foundational knowledge of medicine and therapeutic areas.
• Understanding of pharmacy practices, drug dispensing processes, and regulatory considerations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field (highly beneficial).
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in the field, strong organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license or reliable mobility.
