Medical Documents Reviewer (Remote, Full-time)

About the role

We are expanding our Medical Records Team and need a detail‑oriented Medical Documents Reviewer to serve as the final quality checkpoint before records are delivered to clients. This remote, full‑time position works with AI‑assisted tools to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of medical summaries and case insights.

Key responsibilities

• Perform final quality reviews of completed medical record requests, verifying accuracy, completeness, organization, and consistency.
• Identify missing documents, inconsistencies, clinical errors, and documentation gaps.
• Review and validate AI‑generated medical summaries, chronologies, and case insights, applying clinical knowledge to refine outputs.
• Detect deficiencies or quality concerns, escalating issues to internal teams and communicating findings clearly.
• Provide feedback on AI performance and document‑processing workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Healthcare or medical records experience (e.g., RN, LPN/LVN, Medical Assistant, Healthcare Administrator, Medical Records Specialist, HIM).
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical documentation, medical record structures, and healthcare workflows.
• Comfortable working with modern software platforms and AI‑powered tools.
• Excellent written English communication skills and ability to produce clear, professional documentation.
