Medical Director - Healthcare

About the role

The Medical Director will provide strategic and operational leadership for a nationwide network of clinics, driving large‑scale growth and modernising healthcare delivery. This senior position reports to executive leadership and works closely with regional stakeholders to shape clinical strategy and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical governance across all facilities, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and patient safety.
• Manage a multidisciplinary medical team of physicians, nurses, and support staff.
• Enhance provider capability through training, performance management, and clinical excellence initiatives.
• Drive innovation in delivery models, including digital health, data analytics, and evidence‑based decision‑making.
• Partner with executive leadership to align clinical strategy with business growth objectives.
• Improve operational efficiency, patient experience, and service quality.

Required profile

• Medical degree with a valid medical licence.
• Senior healthcare leader with extensive clinical experience and proven ability to manage large medical teams.
• Strong orientation toward data analytics, health‑tech, and innovative care delivery.
• Experience in progressive healthcare organisations or exposure to regional/global standards is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and transformation capabilities.
