About the role
The Medical Claims Analyst will support the finance team by handling collections, account follow‑up, billing and allowance posting for assigned client accounts. This full‑time, on‑site position offers a structured work schedule and a supportive benefits package.
Key responsibilities
- Process and post medical claim allowances and billing entries.
- Conduct collections activities and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate records of account transactions and updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Generate regular reports on claim status and collection performance.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
