Medical Claims Analyst – AR Follow Up

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Medical Claims Analyst to join our team in Pasig City. The role focuses on accounts receivable follow‑up, collections, billing and allowance posting within the healthcare sector. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely processing of medical claims.

Key responsibilities

• Perform collections and follow‑up on outstanding medical accounts.
• Process billing entries and post allowances for assigned accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of claim status and payment schedules.
• Collaborate with the finance and clinical teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable performance.

Required profile

• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience in medical claims, billing or accounts receivable preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills for interacting with providers and internal staff.
