Medical Admin Assistant – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Medical Admin Assistant to join our remote team. In this position you will support medical providers in obtaining proper reimbursement from health‑insurance carriers through a Federal Arbitration process.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit all required documentation for arbitration cases.
• Coordinate communication between medical providers and insurance carriers.
• Maintain accurate case files and track reimbursement status.
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and arbitration guidelines.
• Provide timely updates to providers on case progress.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in health administration is a plus.
• Experience in medical administration, billing, or insurance claim processing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written communication and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Knowledge of medical billing and health‑insurance terminology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Basic data‑entry and record‑keeping abilities.
