Mechanical Engineering Professor (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineering Professor to design and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses for a global education platform. This contract position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while shaping the next generation of engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and teach online mechanical engineering courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Create and continuously update syllabi, lecture slides, and virtual lab exercises.
• Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and project evaluations.
• Provide academic mentorship via virtual office hours and discussion forums.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to improve learning outcomes and course engagement.

Required profile

• PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum three years of university‑level teaching experience.
• Proven experience with online teaching platforms and learning management systems.
