Mechanical Engineer – Project Engineer (San Pedro, Laguna)

About the role

Epta Refrigeration Philippines is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join its San Pedro office as a Project Engineer. You will support the delivery of refrigeration projects, from client briefing through site execution and hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client meetings to capture project requirements and expectations.
• Conduct site inspections, identify layout discrepancies, and prepare as‑built documentation.
• Develop project layouts, timelines, and resource plans (materials, equipment, staff housing).
• Coordinate internal teams for scheduling, delivery, logistics and supervise site works and installations.
• Ensure safe unloading, staging, handling of equipment and enforce OSH/EHS standards.
• Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, manage inventory with the warehouse, and oversee project turnover documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (license preferred).
• Basic knowledge or exposure to project management.
• Willingness to be assigned to San Pedro, Laguna or other project sites.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and integrity.
• Open to fresh graduates and entry‑level candidates.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
