Mechanical Construction Management Supervisor (Project Based)

About the role

The Mechanical Construction Management Supervisor will lead the supervision and monitoring of mechanical works on a project‑based assignment. This role ensures that HVAC, ventilation, elevator, fire protection, and plumbing systems are installed in line with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all mechanical works, including HVAC, ventilation, and elevator systems.
• Verify that work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Coordinate site activities with contractors, consultants, and other trades.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and work schedules.
• Track project progress, manpower, and material usage to meet schedule targets.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, punch‑listing, and project turnover.
• Enforce safety and housekeeping requirements on site.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project status and issues.

Required profile

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Board exam passer with a valid PRC license (preferred).
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in mechanical works for a property developer, contractor, or consulting firm.
• Familiarity with construction supervision, coordination, and site implementation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site and handle project‑based assignments.
