About the role

The Materials Handling Technician will support the warehouse operations of RTX in Tanaauan City, ensuring safe receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and finished goods. This onsite role is critical for maintaining accurate inventory and supporting production schedules in a high‑tech aerospace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement good warehousing procedures for recording, storage, and inventory control.
• Receive finished goods, raw materials, and packaging supplies, verifying conformance to specifications.
• Perform regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintain real‑time ERP stock accuracy.
• Manage excess stock both physically and within the ERP system in line with accounting procedures.
• Issue parts and materials against work orders, ensuring proper rotation and storage.
• Coordinate unloading of raw materials and loading of finished goods for shipment.
• Handle chemical products and raw materials safely.
• Prepare receiving reports and maintain stock cards and inventory records.
• Conduct warehouse inspections to safeguard inventory against damage, loss, or pilferage.
• Adhere to and promote EHS practices across the site.

Required profile

• Completed at least a vocational or two‑year college program.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for bookings and inventory updates.
• Strong inventory control and cycle‑count techniques.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and material handling.
• Understanding of EHS (environment, health, and safety) standards.
