Marketing Transformation Consultant – SFMC

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Marketing Transformation Consultant with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to help clients redesign and optimise their marketing, sales and service functions. You will work within the Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice, partnering with senior client leaders to drive cost reduction, revenue growth and improved customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, design processes and define implementation strategies for Salesforce‑based marketing automation platforms.
• Develop business cases for campaign strategies and technology solutions.
• Conduct fit‑gap analyses and map platform capabilities to client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand goals, target audiences and marketing objectives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage marketing platforms for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyse trends and data to optimise campaign performance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and project delivery across client and internal teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years of consulting experience, preferably within marketing transformation.
• Proven experience working with middle to senior management levels.
• Strong people‑management and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
