Marketing & Operations Assistant

About the role

The Marketing & Operations Assistant will support a fast‑growing healthy snack brand by handling a mix of social media, creator outreach, customer support, sales assistance, and operational tasks. This remote, full‑time position requires a proactive, digitally native generalist who can juggle multiple priorities and use AI tools to accelerate work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and post content on Instagram, TikTok and other channels, using AI tools like ChatGPT and Canva to create assets.
• Research, outreach and coordinate with creators, influencers and affiliates, handling product samples and partnership tracking.
• Respond to DMs, comments, and customer tickets, ensuring timely, on‑brand support and flagging recurring issues.
• Assist the Head of Sales with lead lists, presentations, data entry and pipeline organization.
• Maintain spreadsheets, trackers and project boards, preparing simple reports on performance.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, help drive execution of product launches, promotions and ad‑hoc projects for the founder.

Required profile

• High‑agency, proactive mindset – you identify needs and act without detailed instructions.
• Adaptable generalist comfortable switching between marketing, admin, support and operations.
• Digitally native with strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and creator culture.
• Enthusiastic about AI tools such as ChatGPT, Higgsfield and Canva.
• Excellent written English, clear and personable in DMs, emails and captions.
• Highly organized, keeping trackers and project boards up‑to‑date.
• Fast learner able to pick up new software quickly.
