Marketing Officer/Manager – Influencer & Creator Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Officer/Manager to lead our influencer and creator marketing strategy, strengthening the brand’s presence in the Philippine beauty and fashion market. The role will manage relationships with key opinion leaders, creators, and brand ambassadors to drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s KOL and influencer marketing strategy.
• Identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, celebrities, and brand ambassadors.
• Build and maintain a strong network of beauty, fashion, and lifestyle KOLs across platforms.
• Oversee influencer contracts, campaign deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor performance and optimise partnerships based on engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
• Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Plan and execute influencer‑led product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
• Collaborate with Creative, Social Media, PR, Retail, and E‑commerce teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Support on‑ground activations, creator events, media launches, and community engagements.
• Build relationships with industry partners, agencies, media, and creator communities.
• Stay updated on emerging creators, social media trends, and consumer behaviour in the local market.
• Track campaign performance, influencer KPIs, and ROI; analyse results and provide recommendations.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and partnership effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Management, Brand Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
