About the role

The Marketing Officer will lead all marketing initiatives for the assigned mall in Tagum, focusing on strategies that increase visitor numbers and enhance the mall’s brand presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the overall marketing strategy for the assigned mall.
  • Plan and coordinate events and activities aimed at increasing foot traffic.
  • Work with mall management and tenants to align marketing efforts.
  • Track the impact of events on visitor numbers and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives within the probationary period.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, with a preference for 3‑6 years.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in events and trade marketing is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently during the probationary period.
